Are The Perfume Oils Diluted?
Our perfume oils are 100% concentrated, not diluted in any way. We sell them as we receive them directly from the manufacturers.
Are Your Perfume Oils Natural And Suitable For Vegans?
Our fragrance oils are a sophisticated blend of natural, nature-identical and aromatic materials. Our perfume oils are IFRA and EU compliant, paraben-free and vegan friendly.
Do The Perfume Oils contain alcohol?
There is no alcohol in any of our products
Are Your Products Tested On Animals?
No, none of our products are tested on animals.
Can I Cancel An Order?
If you need to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before we have paid the courier for the shipping cost and have sent out your order. Postage is also refunded if an order is cancelled before we have paid for the shipping cost and sent out the order.
After we have paid the courier for shipping though, postage may not be refunded.
Can I Change Delivery Details Once Order Is Placed?
You can make adjustments or changes to your order until we have booked the shipping. Once the shipping has been booked and the order has been sent, we are unable to make adjustments to the order.
Can I Return My Product?
We offer refunds on damaged and faulty items only within 7 days of delivery. For items unopened and still in their original packaging, we accept refunds within 7 days of delivery, following approval.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for skincare products.
Simply complete the form in our Contact Page, quoting the order number and stating what the issue is and one of our team will be in touch to go through this with you insha’Allah.
We may not provide refunds on items returned to us without our knowledge, as set out in the terms and conditions.
Do I Have To Pay Taxes And Customs?
Taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We therefore advise our customers to check taxes and customs in their country, as once an order is placed, taxes, duties and customs charges cannot be waived or refunded. We would like to point out that if for any reason an item is held or returned to us, the customer is responsible for any and all charges incurred.
Do The Perfume Oils Have An Expiry Date?
Perfume oils are not known to have an expiry. Due to regulations, we have placed a 2 year expiration date on our perfume oils. In order to preserve your perfume and keep it smelling optimally, we advise they be kept out of direct heat and sunlight.
Do You Give Samples?
Yes, samples for most products are available to buy. To order samples, please use the form in the Contact Page to enquire about available samples.

How Can I Pay?
We use PayPal for our transactions, as this offers both us and our customers protection.
We accept all major cards, PayPal and American Express via PayPal. Please note, it is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make purchases from Pure Muslim Vibe.
How Long Does A Refund Take?
It takes approximately 7 – 14 working days for a refund to be processed. Refunds are made via the original payment method you used.

What Do I Do If I Forget My Login Details?

What If I Dispute A Managers Decision Regarding Refund?
You may contact PayPal, who will arbitrate between us and you, the customer and reach a decision.
Will The Delivery Charge Also Be Refunded?
The delivery charge may only be refunded if the item is faulty, however this is subject to the managers discretion.
