We value your happiness and satisfaction with any goods you purchase.

There may be occasions when you may wish to return or exchange an item.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

If upon receipt of your order, something is damaged, faulty or incorrect, you may contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a refund or exchange.  Please use the form on the Contact Page to start the return and refund process.

CANCELLATION

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you may do so before we have paid the courier for the shipping cost and have sent out your order.  At this point, we are unable to cancel any orders. In which case, you will have to request a refund via the usual refund request process.

If you are returning a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will refund the cost of returning the item(s) to us insha’Allah.  Otherwise, in all other cases, the cost of returning your item(s) is your responsibility.

Please note, unless faulty or damaged, we are unable to accept items with labels, tags, packaging, security or hygiene seals open, missing, damaged or tampered with – all items returned must be in a saleable condition for the refund to be authorised.

When returning items to us, we advise a secure postage method, such as special or registered delivery, to ensure we receive your returned items back.  Once received, all refunds are processed within 7 – 14 working days, you will be notified via email when the refund has been completed insha’Allah.
